Janice: OK now I see in the May 18,1998 release what you want to know. If I may paraphrase in Texan terms, you want to know who Merced owed the $250,000 to before Cashco agreed to assume the note. You want to know what the licensing agreement has to do with that debt.

I have added your question to my list.

I think the answer to your second question is that the way I understand the May 18 release is that if Merced does not live up to its end of the deal ( provide the software or the rights to copy the software) under the licensing agreement then the note reverts to Merced's account. Is that what you asked?
