Janice, <Why not? When they're a reporting company all insider holdings will have to be published.> I didn't want anyone to think I was trying to pry into someone's personal finances. Yes, as a public officer, and when the company is a reporting company, this information must be divulged, but for my purposes it is the numbers that are important, not necessarily who controls those numbers. I can wait for public reporting to ascertain the answer to the "who" questions. KJC
