Pat, you asked yesterday about the meaning of gunwale. I answered, but neglected to warn you that if you are loaded up to the gunwales you will swamp.
Your last post about misleading signals from Nortel presupposes a really manipulative CEO. You don't really think CEO's do that.

Pat, re Nortel being deceptive to its target.. perhaps, its been a while since I've been in a multi billion buyout, in fact never. I would look at "fit," who would find NN's strengths most compelling..
