Joe:
I do not blame you entirely, Its just that you are the one that has been the closest by means of this thread. I blame each and everyone connected with this company from xecm to astg...You can make all the excuses, position the blame elsewhere, make all kind of pleadings, But the fact still remains...you people were running the show for me.
In my honest opinion....everyone connected with management from the
last 18 to 24 months has got to go.
In my opinion, No investor in his right mind would put any money into
this mess.....And I don't think there are many now, who would take stock in payment.

All of you people have ran this company down to the bottom and it will
take a good manager to bring it back to light. Joe, it's over, you can no longer have the respect of the stockholders, neither can any of the rest of the bunch.

So, why don't all of you just quit and let the stockholders have
control, As a stockholder in CVIAD, I can tell you it can be done
and real fast. Try CVIA thread 5514 with the link.
All persons, who think they can run over the stockholders today, have
a surprise in store....With the advent of the Internet, Communications, Information, and the ability to find any kind ofinformation needed to check on anything is here, right under my
finger tips. As time goes on, you will see more people brought before the judge. All this is my opinion and does not reflect any advice to either buy or sell this stock.
You have a good day Joe.
Jack

Joe,

Here's the $64 question: What have you, your family, and IWIC paid for at Xecom/AirStar? Give us the ledger. Dates. Amounts. Etc. Joe, maybe you can actually win this public relations war, but certainly not without giving us shareholders the facts as to EXACTLY what you and IWIC have contributed to ASTG. The ball is in your court, Joe. We await your response. TJS
