Also I think that was from that paid for report that CSHK commissioned. Not exactly an audited financial statement.

Cat Lady: That's all I have too - the April 1998 Global Penny Stocks report. The balance sheet in it as of 10/31/97 gave net working capital of $503,000, Long term liabilities of $300,000 and shareholders equity of $218,000. Since then we know they have assumed the merced note of $250,000.

I will see when we might expect a later balance sheet.
