your skepticism is understood and your comments appreciated..

I too have seen some companies do what you described. at this
point I personally have not seen IN WRITING that only 6 million shares
exist.. but that's what I've heard..

you mention that if the float was 6million we would have made some
big moves.. well check the chart on this one.. see any big moves..

we haven't been able to keep going up.. cuz there is still too much
unknown about EDII and there are most likely people selling on no news or taking profits.. we've also heard (and some are watching on Level 2) that there is a couple million shares shorted..

so just have to be patient or move on..

I personally don't think that EDII will let you down.. and I don't
think they are going (short term) for a NASD listing.. but rather
I've heard talk of the easier ASE $2.00/share minimum board listing..

but like I said.. we'll have to be patient and see what the company
does.. or if you like just move on.. take care

jim

The auditor is BDO Seidman. That is Bill Seidmans former firm. He is the guy who was chairman of the FDIC as I recall. You will see him on CNBC usually once a week. BDO Seidman is as substantial an auditor
as you would want. They would have all the credibility one would need to work with any lender or analyst or anyone else interested in DD.
