Nasdaq to delist Florida Gaming stock
MIAMI, July 30 (Reuters) - Florida Gaming Corp. on Thursday said Nasdaq informed the company that its stock will be delisted on Aug. 10.
Nasdaq based its decision on its review of Florida Gaming's public filings and responses to staff comment letters, the company said. The Nasdaq staff was critical of transactions between the company and its affiliates, it said.

Freedom Financial Corp., Florida Gaming's largest shareholder, owes over $3.2 million as of Sept. 30, Nasdaq and the company said.

''The delisting may be inconsistent with certain covenants with purchaser's of the FGC preferred stock,'' the statement said.
