Hi Don, Bill and everybody, I have been lurking around for a while and have decided to write again after reading some of Bill's notes. Bill, I have known you for a long time, so please take what I have to say as a friend. Bill, I dont see why you have turned so negative. Remember when we saw VOCLF at 3.5 and within a year it was at 33. At that point did you REALLY think something that dramatic had happened to the prospects of the company? These dramatic moves (on the up side and the down - in this market) rarely have anything to do with the long term fundamentals of a company (I should know, I am married to an analyst :) ). You are right in that competition is certainly heating up because people see huge prospects for the area. Secondly, the major market is for gateways. Remember, the Iphone software is just icing on the cake and nobody expects it to generate revenue for long. I would start getting worried if VOCLF was not signing distribution agreements with major companies. But for the time being the prospects are great. regards, Anish
