I would like to thank Mr.Liebowitz for his post. This is exactly what is needed to tell the truth. As for the case next week the courts will decide. It's that easy.Anyone can make a prediction but no one really knows the outcome until it happens.Let's let the courts decide this one.

Judy,

Optimism should be admired. (This is not meant to be offensive), but sometimes it borders on delusional. I'm not sure how long you have followed this stock, but its history is fraught with delays. Perhaps we will see differently this coming week should some real announcements come to pass, but I would not hold my breath.

Believe it or not, just about everyone, save a few disgruntled TTRIF shareholders (disgruntled TPP shareholders seem to place the blame elsewhere), believe in Thermo Tech's technology. What we find disappointing is their past results.

It's time to demand results. I'm not sure why you as shareholders have not done so earlier. If you choose to wait a few months, fine. Unfortunately so little ever seems to change except the number of shares outstanding -- something very difficult to be optimistic about.

In perhaps the world's worst comedy, TTRIF has been saying words like they're "waiting minute by minute" or that some major deal will come through next week, and just about every time we (watchers and shareholders alike) have been sorely disappointed.

Results are long overdue. IMO shareholders should be demanding a stop to the promotional expenditures and instead a focus on operational results.

Clement

Scott,Now your attacking Cayman because she believes in this company. You attack her because she has a positive attitude. Not everyone can be a negative person like yourself. Why are you here Scott you won't answer that. You claim to have no position. Are you short on this stock Scott? If not why would anyone who does not have a position waste his time here. What will you bitch about if TT comes through with the financing next week.Or when they announce the deal with USF.Will you stay and tell us it is all a lie.

Cayman has never hyped on this thread she just believes. So why attack her?Scott TT will come through sooner than most think and you will be proven wrong. Will you apologize to everyone then?Or will you keep on crying.

You have no position in this stock so what gives you the right to slam those of us who do.Yours is not constructive critism.Your always negative. What gives you the right to attack real shareholders?

Scott if you have any proof that there is no deal in the works for Washington or anywhere else come up with the proof before you open your mouth.Show us something to back up your accusations.

Hey Scott TT will have that financing, they will also build Oshawa and Niagra Scott. And as for USF that will soon come also. You want proof Scott, you will soon get it.You will see my proof Scott now where is yours.

Now why don't you tell everyone how nothing I have said has ever come true. You know that is a lie many things have come true. The time frames just haven't been right.

No one likes the delays,we all want action.I myself am tired of waiting but this company is coming through.Fact is Scott Hamilton will soon be upgraded to 700 tons per day(this month),Richmond will be completed in August, both transfer stations are bringing in money every day.The financing will be completed soon for Oshawa and Niagra. The land for Leomeister has been purchased and Carver is pending. The USF announcement will come sooner than most think.Hey Scott wasn't TT on the Discovery Channel yesterday. These are just a few of the things that have or will happen soon.Oh and Scott look for something very big to come from Europe.I will not give a time frame on this but TT will be going there soon and it's not for pleasure.Scott you have no clue.

Thermo Tech has a problem with not meeting deadlines I do not deny that.Delays have been a problem. They need to address this. But the fact is Scott they are moving in the right direction. This is not hype. You will see that very soon.

Have a good weekend,

Tom

Cayman, I was about to respond to your post but I see that Clement has taken care of it already. His post pretty much sums it up. What I find most interesting is the emotional torture that so many of us go through. How some people can remain so positive after they are fleeced of their hard earned money and lied to time and time again is amazing to me. I understand that IR has been quite busy on the phone reassuring shareholders that everything will be fine and that they have worked out the problems that they had with the technology. Funny I don't remember them ever saying that they had problems. You have to ask yourself, if everything is going to be fine with the technology and they smell victory in the courtroom, why do they need to call everyone? Which brings us too, why is 6the stock heading south on a daily basis? And who is buying? I know I'm not, in fact I would bet that many of the cheerleaders are not buying. So is anyone really that positive?
Scott
