So you are tired out--from what?

From losing you sleep because of VVUS's performance, or from spending too much time on the phone with your broker while a patient is waiting totally naked and sick as a dog? (He/she may be sicker after seeing you because of your negligence or the mistakes you make)

Do they teach ethics in med school any more?
