Hi again, Ann!!!

I agree with you totally about the mother being in control of whether she has an abortion, but I think we have different ideas about whether the fetus has a soul. I still support abortion as the best alternative if the birth of the baby would almost certainly result in intense suffering. I just believe the fetus does have a soul.

Is it more common in the different philosophies around abortion, that proponents would argue that the fetus does not have a soul?

I think this is a separate issue from viability, incidentally. In other words, I am arguing that a non-viable fetus has a soul--that viability is not significant on this part of the issue.

Welcome home. Your hopes were really fulfilled beyond imagination.

I think Christine has kept the embers alive better than I have done.
If you have time search the posts from the last few days and read the one I wrote DLL with the subject Bible lessons from Vitvan. Vitvan is master of a wisdom school named,"The Natural Order." It is a school of philosophy. It is not a church or religion. There is no dogma taught.

Knowledge makes a man informed. Knowledge without wisdom makes a man an educated fool. GGGGG.

Have a busy week ahead so posts will be reduced but will try to find time to read the post to me and others with interesting topics.
