If the TSE is so foolish as to launch legal action against Porter Davis, it will be propelled on its course toward a potential PR disaster of titanic proportions (just imagine the ice-berg forming around Bre-X, YBM Magnex et al capped by a peevish assault on an SI poster). Even the VSE in its darkest days under a self-important president - through the presence of mind of a few self-interested but savvy members - held back from taking such ultimately stupid actions. The TSE can't possibly be that out of touch - can it?!
