Much of the Cashco thread has been concerned with the right to speak of all who abide by the Terms of Use. It does look as if we'll have to defend that right from time to time.

Rather than further burdening John with another question, I'll throw this one out to any who care to take a shot at it:

How much will it cost CSHK to deliver each copy of software to Zitec ?
I am assuming this is a physical copy and will have a cost associated with its production and delivery. Certainly not all of the 25.5 X 40K will flow to the bottom line. Someone mentioned cost of software distribution before, any takers ?
