Ariella: At some point, he'll have as many shares as some of us. (Seriously, it is encouraging that he was willing to pay $3 which seems to be the hang up point).

On your other point, I couldn't agree more with your concern of paying an obscure web site to write a research report. A management tendency I've always wondered about has been their penchant for 'sharp' deals. Raising money has been in that category and I've wondered about options and other arrangements we've made. Everything is complicated and they appear to always avoid the "straightforward". Take a look at the financing CNCT recently completed. So many shares at $4.625 and that's it. Why CNCT can pull a straight deal and we can't is beyond me. Long term, PARS is worth more than CNCT. Look at the options. They're complicated. Between them and the Eisenberg deal, I'm afraid the only day of the year in which unencumbered trading occurs is Yum Kippur.

Let's hope they take your advise and get to a respected analyst.

Have a lovely weekend,
Arnie
