Taby, I did the same thing with half of my position. The other half I will probably let ride for awhile. It all depends on where ALA is when the deal closes. Either way, you did a good thing if the deal makes. IF it falls apart and nobody else comes a courting, then you did not make a good decision v. selling outright. Probably, the deal will go through by the end of the year and you have done well v. the current spread unless ALA rallies alot. If that happens, then you still did much better than selling here. Allen
