Generally, I don't get very excited about PC to phone IP Telephony. Many out there offer it. Most people aren't likely to call their mother this way. But, being able to call a salesrep directly from a web page is nice and using a handset is nicer than a microphone. When Delta 3 can ship a simple gadget to attach your regular telephone to the computer and let you have it for free, well then I'll get excited at the prospect of surfing the web, seeing a product or service of interest and then being able to pick up your regular phone to talk to the salesrep without dialing.
