Hi Jim and all fellow EDII owners, I have spent the better part of 4 hours digging into every scrap off news I could find concerning EDII. I what I have found has made me a very happy camper. I think I know some of what the big news that is coming is going to be. I also have the ceo Daniel Dror's home number. I havent called him, but as owners in the company I figure if one of us calls to talk to him, it would not be out of line, since in essence he does work for us. I will be posting alot of info on what I found out tomorrow, due to the fact that as it is I probably will be dreaming about computers all night. But info will include sec filings 13D's 8-K's. business locations, and info on a company called Renaissance Capital Growth & Income Fund III, Inc, which is traded on both Nasdaq and London Stock Exchange, as they are involved in this. Sorry bout u night owls wanting something good to read, but im dead tired, just rest assured I think what I have found out will make everybody able to enjoy the weekend and forget about EDII going down anymore. Goodnight all will post first thing in the morning.
