I was just doing the math, before all the TM nonsense started this stock was around 2. 2 x 16% equals .32. 2 -.32 = 1.68. Close 1 11/16 1.6875 16% is the dilution because of the issued 5 million shares, (31,000,000 plus 5,000,000 new shares) FWIW, Maybe someone else posted this but I never saw it. The rumor is these new shares will primarily be used for an acquisition of a money making company that will add to the bottom line it looks like a wash to me. I dont like the fact that my equity is diluted , but I also dont like the fact that there are people starving all over the planet. Any way I do something about feeding the hunger and will attend the shareholders meeting. Do you / are you ? I hope that all are planning to attend the shareholders meeting or a the very least voting the proxy, its your right. A lot of stock holders would be relived if this stock was at 2 right now.
