The sub $0.30 share trades this week are interesting. I noticed frequently small lots of 50, 100, 200 and 500 shares being offered $0.04 to $0.06 below trades each time they start to move up. I think someone is just messing us around and will be asking the VSE to look into it. I am finalizing arrangements and working out a new I.R. program. This will begin with a series of "pony shows" with the local brokerage community, moving to Victoria, Calgary, Toronto, North Eastern U.S., South Eastern U.S. and finally the West Coast. We are exhibiting at the Small Caps show sponsored by Cambridge House, June 14 & 15. RJV will be coming to our plant June 9 - 12 to go over our gas & oil program for the year. I spoke the the Renaissance people last week. Everything is going well there, they are looking at some modification to the system to enhance the remote control features (pig launching etc.). I'm very optimistic of the O & G side. We have had the EMEC engineers (Chile) at our plant for the past three weeks for training and factory acceptance of phase 1 of their system. They were very pleased with what they saw and learned. We had the SCADA Training graduation ceremony at the Top of Vancouver restaurant for them and presented Diplomas and gifts. If the photos turn out, I will add them to the Corporate Event section on our website. Josemauri, our Brazilian agent was also here last week going over two new RFQs ($600K area each). Closing for them is late July. We have been putting out a stream of RFQs to all our agents over the past 5 months and more keep coming in. I thought we should announce only the material ones as I feel the market will react negatively if we are perceived to be excited with small orders. I will rely on our new I.R. person's judgement here. We renewed our lease for two years. While we have outgrown the present facility, I don't feel comfortable with adding the extra expense of additional space at this time. The saving of $5 - 7K in added rent can be put towards material purchases. The staff are supportive of this decision and don't mind sharing work space. Currently the projects have reduced in number, (but increased in size and value) which requires less marshalling and integration space. It's a beehive of activity, but still runs very efficiently. Regards, JBS
