I think the last big announcement was between BBTK and Bosch.

quicken.excite.com
Bosch Telecom is part of the $27 billion German-owned Bosch Group which has operations throughout the world. Apart from its $2.9 billion telecommunications business, it is well known and strongly established in the automotive, consumer electronics, and capital goods markets.

"are you familiar with bosch telecom?"

yes. sort of. as you my know, DT has special Bosch network management protocols within its SDH,.. environment. I guess Orckit needed (HDSL tender)someone to partner in order to provide seemless HDSL/SDH solutions? Thats why you have seen joint Orckit/Bosch demonstrations on CEBIT 98.

you seem to know the EURO marketplace. and you are right. They have good chances within Swisscom, Dutch PTT, Telecom Italia, Eirean PTT, Telecom Finland, FT, DT and other field trials (Austria?, Portugal?). Who else may provide ISDN interoperability now? Ethernet and ATM interfaces? RFC 1483 bridging/routing? DMT compliant line coding? agressive pricing?

cheers!
