<< I do not believe the Company will have a third party come in to sample. >>

All (or let say most) mining companies hire 3rd party engineering firms like Behre Dolbear, Kilborn, MRDI and others to confirm their exploration work and help them bring the deposits to the pre-feasibility and feasibility levels. Part of the firms work is to compute reserves and perform metallurgical work.

Why would it be different with MINE ?

I would had that when we are talking the biggest gold resource on earth, this (hiring a reputable 3rd party) becomes a must, unless of course they select the Joint Venture route. A JV with a Barrick, Newmont, BHP, Anglo or else would make a difference here.

Mr. Lapp. Bre-X had the "reports" done by independent people as well. That is NOT the same as COC drilling, and third party testing. Think of it this way. Let's say you are the independent lab. A company comes to you with drill material and asks you to test it. You then perform an "independent" test on the material and come up with say .07 opt gold in your testing. The company asks you to test the balance of the material and you come up with good numbers on all material. The whole test was independently done.

So where did the material come from? You don't know. The company can't verify it and you certainly won't go down on your sword that the material all came from a specific pit at a specific period of time.

You have to stop looking for what you want to hear and start looking at what does the industry require ESPECIALLY since the Bre-X scandle.

All levels of drilling, sampling and testing MUST be third party before there is a real run on the stock price. And if Golden Eagle won't do third party drilling and testing...well, let's see what happens.

Let's hope this next report gets more things moving, brings in enough money to get the third party work started and get this on the path to true verification.
