" H, I don't recall LGND making any indication one way or the other on which end of the pathway was being targeted here. This is outside my area of expertise, so I did not know to ask for clarification. Perhaps the fact that DR was rather excited about this, but stressed there were a few more problems to deal with, gives us a clue. Maybe Bernie or Peter can shed more light on this topic.
