CAMD could actually benefit financially from a final settlement of the case against the former management.

I will have to recheck the details but as I recall if a financial settlement against former CEO Desaigoudar is more than a certain amount, anything over that amount will be awarded to CAMD. Desaigoudar has a large number of shares that have been frozen.

All shareholders suits against CAMD have already been settled. There is about $2 million set aside by CAMD to pay to former shareholders if CAMD's share price does not reach $11 or thereabouts for 30 days over the next five years. If it reaches $11 and stays above it for 30 days CAMD reclaims the money and all the interest. Again I have to check the exact details.
