Hardrocker,

For all intents and purposes, BTC is now the manufacturer of the fixed base system. AGTI has licensed the technology to BTC, thus the money the distributor pays the manufacturer goes to BTC and it is reported to the TLC that way. Conversely, AGTI still maintains its role as manufacturer of the MaX Lite, thus as k & B would generate sales it would report monies paid to AGTI.

Hope this helps clear up any confusion I may have caused.
