Zeev,only the Oshawa and Niagra plants will be JV.Even the USF deal is for TT to own the plants and USF running the plants,supplying parts and waste.The most TT will JV with USF will be only 2 plants out of probably 12 to 15 in the next several years.

Zeev, I guess it really comes down to "The way I see it there will be about 7 plants operational during the next 12 months. Is this assumption correct?" the part about "is this assumption correct" is key. Based on past performance I think it is unlikely that there will be 7 plants operational in the next 12 months. If we see another year like the last I can only imagine where the stock price will be.
