I have just discovered (and experienced) another small-time hypesters technique to (try) get rid of party-poopers: Threaten them with an E-Mail to the SI.adm. If that doesn't work E-Mail the SI.adm. And if that doesn't work lose a ton of money and say you are in for the long-term.

JimB seems to be getting a bit desperate on the ICVI thread. Here's a lame attempt at discrediting party-poopers. What a poor job he is doing:
