Just a follow-up thought to my previous post. I am not a programmer. There are many non-coding tasks associated with these Y2K projects, so don't just limit your projections to programmer hiring. I'm also a contractor and 99% of my work is repeat business. One of the first things a contractor must do on a new job is build trust. If you give someone a good experience, they're going to look for you the next time they need someone. These contracts are the foundation from which INFE must build its business. Pretty solid foundation, too, IMHO.
