In as much as Raabe has recently assumed control of this company for which he was once the attorney it seems unlikely, IMO that there is about to be another "take over". The rumors that for the most part seem to emanate from Pugs and Riley because of their connections to the former and present CEO's seem to be self serving, in that Riley and Pugs et al, are by their own admission owners of over 10,000,000 shares which they need to dispose of.
