SHARE COUNT ACCURACY...FURTHER DILUTION???

I'm new to this stock, but if I remember right (please correct me if I'm wrong) last quarter there were 9 million shares out standing. Now there are 4 times that amount or approximately 37 million shares. Where did these shares come from? A convertible preferred stock deal? What is the threat of current dilution or since the last 10Q report? The answer to these questions I believe to be important, because if there was further dilution since the last quarter and you now count more than 37 million shares, we maybe be getting fooled about what the potential of the undecared short is. Don't get me wrong, I hope there is a large undeclared short position. Just be careful. I'd like to buy more shares next week based solely on the fundamentals of the company. An added short squeeze would just be an added bonus.

Add 40,000 shares to your count on my behalf. Will be adding to position this week.
