Yes, the bar graph is the instantaneous value of the cpu
(or memory) utilization; the line graph is historical.

The view menu allows me no selection, but there is a
grayed "one graph per cpu" selection. I presume it's
grayed because I only have one. Maybe if you deselect
this you get memory in place of the second cpu graph?

Help isn't, much. Neither is the resource kit.
