An interesting trichotomy of events, Frank. Consider: First T comes out with a brand new VoIP offering, reducing minute-of-use rates to near reasonable levels due to the efficiencies allowed by the economies of scale of the Internet. And then they lop on a surcharge of their own on users bills due to the burdens of the Internet. Then the FCC decides that they will scale back? What happens to the surcharge?
