An interesting trichotomy of events, Frank.

Consider:

First T comes out with a brand new VoIP offering, reducing minute-of-use rates to near reasonable levels due to the efficiencies allowed by the economies of scale of the Internet.

And then they lop on a surcharge of their own on users bills due to the burdens of the Internet.

Then the FCC decides that they will scale back? What happens to the surcharge?

Good work if you can get it...
