David: No that is not time travel. That is hallucination, much like Edgar Cayce's visions which have for the most part been proved ludicrous (including the Martians he saw through astral projection to Mars, and the supposed wonders of their cities). A vision is not time travel. Looking into the night sky at the stars is a form of time travel. But as far as I know, the human race has not yet actually created a technology which would enable an individual or individuals to journey backwards or forwards into time through the use of an accelerated, artificial means.
