Ed, I really am not sure why your last post to Larry was necessary. We have not engaged in such personal exchanges on this thread, and it might be nice to keep it this way.

TIA

Zeev

Ed: You are wrong about whether I will ever buy GPGI. I've bought it several times, starting almost 2 years ago now. It was the first desert dirt I ever bought, and I bought because I believed the constant promises that were made about imminent production and cash flow. At one point, about a year and a half ago now, Jensen told me personally that cash flow was no more than 2 months away.

At first, I tended to buy during the runup immediately following the latest "breakthrough" announcement. These runups were always short-lived, and I would guess the pool hustler types were selling me their 25 cent shares for $2.50 and $3.00. Lost some money on many of these trades.

Then I wised up and started buying the dips in between the announcements and selling into the spikes after the announcments, and managed to get back to about even on my GPGI trades.

Then I got even wiser and stopped buying it altogether, when I noticed that the latest "breakthrough" announcement does not generate much interest any more (the cry wolf syndrome).

So now, for me to buy, I need more than a 3rd party letter posted on this thread. Now I need evidence (e.g. regular and significant checks from refiners, a credible estimate of the value of the ore, and some idea of the recovery economics) before I am willing to buy again.

I would be more than happy to invest in GPGI or any of the other dirts. But I am not going buy because company touts try to insult me into doing so.

Ed, <<The problem is that you can never be shown the goods.>> You are correct that there will always be doubts, that's good, it makes a market. However, there haven't been the most fundamental of questions answered about GPGI production. Do you truly believe that the operation is such a "hobby shop" that they don't even know how much head ore produces how much oz PGMs? To suggest that shows an operation not worthy of any investment, PGMs or not. If I only wanted to invest in PGM dirt, I can buy USPS considerably cheaper. The potential and speculation for GPGI is that profitable production is close. Of course there will always be questions even at your $50, but there are fundamental ones that need answering before we ever see $1 again. IMO there are two numbers that are required to get serious interest. 1. The oz PGM gold equivalent for a given head ore. We understand the ore pile source and the low cost method of concentration. 2. The cost to produce an oz PGM gold equivalent. IMO if GPGI provides good values for those, watch the interest, both amateur and professional.
