<< So they may be going the JV route, this i perceive is apparent because the company has no desire for third party sampling. >>

Well I guess we will find out soon. And I will likely be a buyer on this news.

<< The plant site IS on the Cueva Playa location, and is owned by Golden Eagle. Golden Eagle Built it at a cost of about $300,000.00. I don't know how big Cueva Playa is but it is included in the total of the property owned by Golden Eagle. >>

Thanks for these details, and , that is positive. But everybody should keep in perspective that plants that allow processing of 10,000 t/d and production of 500-650 ounces per day 125,000-175,000 ounces per year) cost on average between $50M and $100M. So, on that basis, the company comments and the reference to Guido's forecast in the December 97 SEC filings are not clear.

<<They have paid for 3 studies (independent) to date with all assays being triple tested by independent assay houses. As i said they at this point are not concerned with another Independent study, but that could change rapidly. >>

The operations at Cueva Playa and the enormous resources announced recently, are, IMO, two separate issues.
