Oh absolutely the only way I will vote my votes to the optional sceranio is ONLY if the P is higher than the common by say 25%. If it should fall below the common then NO conversion is to be allowed thus cutting out the chance for arbitrage. After looking at this for a week now and researching every possible greed factor of day trading and opportunists mentality. I am convince that only conversion be optional if the P is trading much higher than the common. And I have a ton of money in the P too. I do not want to lose my backside to abitraguers. HEck we got enough to worry about as it is with it being a shell, and on the OTC arena. GB
