Hi Don and Bill,

Don, Bill has a point about the perceived lack of transparency with Vocaltec. VOCLF management have not yet mastered the art of wooing analysts. I dont agree with Bill that just because Cisco etc are making a push in the field it means the end of Vocaltec. By that reasoning Cisco should have given up when it was a tiny little company not so long ago. Yes Vocaltec does have competition and that is good for the field as a whole. However, people at Digital, Motorolla, DT etc are not entirely stupid. They have signed with VOCLF because they want to be with the leader in the field. These alliances will help Vocaltec develop the critical mass needed to compete against bigger players. Also Bill, remember about a decade ago Sprint was considered a minor irritation to AT&T. So, dont forget about the humble beginnings of the very company you use as an example.

On a final note, I am sure are relationships will stay intact eventhough we might not see eye to eye on the very subject that brought us together in the first place!!

Happy debating.

Best regards to you both.
