Oh if they get underway with a JV or revenues then MIDLP should track. However P is long term investors mostly. After the spike up with day traders or whatever selling off and the long termers accumulate it , it will be more stable than the common. Also Preferred gets a dividend/split that will cause the price to drop below the common and arbitrage will be instantly set up. I am telling you we do not want an optional without some sort of conditions. That is why I am totally committed to just extending the conversion date till Oct 1999 and let this company get some revenues, JV or something to it. Give it time to grow effectively. Next year we can decide what is best but I think people better start thinking about abitrage and consider this particular strategy of trading. I couls be wrong but I only want an extension right now and nothing more. If they do not have a certain share price of profit we will get more shares. Now that is free shares to me why would I want an arbitraguer to nail my investment. Hey I could be wrong here but I cannot see where I am. GB GB
