I agree the response definitely seemed muted. Novell's stock action with the OTC market up really did not make sense. It seems as though it was built in to the price already. Understanding that a buyback is positive in some ways it can also signal that Novell does not see any other better uses of its money. If it was the old crew I would be a little worried but with this crew I feel like it probably truly means that its stock is undervalued. Does anyone know the status of Schmidt's warrants or stock options? I remember him getting a ton but I cannot remember what form they took. Anyway, at least they are not going on another ill fated acquistion binge. We do not need another Wordperfect. Does anyone know the interest Novell maintained in NEST? Did they maintain an equity stake in the company to which they sold the technology? Even though the technology is slow it is leaps and bounds above modem connectivity as well as existing tech used by companies to move cable and phone jacks around the house. TAPI and NEST were both good tech that got caught in the general trimming of products. Novell has great products in existence and more coming. Assuming Netware 5.0 does not hit any serious roadblocks this stock should move considerably. MSFT has given NOVL the window and now its up to NOVL to exploit it. Few if any techies that I know consider NT for anything other than APP servers. Its by default it gets used for the rest. We live in a Dilbert world with far too many pointy haired bosses with etch a sketch laptops running around. I am looking for a little pull back here to enlarge my position and I thought I was gonna get it until the action from the last two days. I may have to just jump back in with both feet. Does anyone has support/resist levels? If so could you post.

Thanks,

David
