fyi: speech technology In IBD todau, 6/6/98 on pA9 is large article, "Speech Software Sounds Like A Winner," which then totally knocks the quality of today's speech recognition software by giving example after example of how feeble this current stuff is. My June/July copy of Speech Technology Magazine arrived today, includes on p 8 a 5x5" add for fonix announcing their acquisition of acuvoice which is very tastefully done, and on p. 24 another 5x5" announcement or ad for acuvoice.
