Mark, you are absolutely correct. You may have noticed, however, that there was an hiatus of several years in their quest for SS7 recognition, since early criticisms of NT's scalability and stability had to be worked out. Their taking a pause in their pursuit was a form of tacit admission on MSFT's part that there was some credibility to it, IMHO. They now say that they are scalable right up there with the best of them, if not better. I don't know the answer to that one. Do you? Anyone? Frank C.
