Ahhhhhhh Get out out here !!!! ......

For the day. For the weekend.

Go have some Fun.

I am. I've been practicing tieing a Nail Knot. I normally use those little eyelet nails on the end of my Weight Forward Double Taper Fly Line.

But I decided it was time I graduate to the actual Nail Knot. It's taken me 3 hours to get it worthy of using in the water.

On the Prowl for Small Mouth now.

Catch you later. Back late Sun nite.

Now where is is that deer hair field mouse fly with the leather tail?

Rainier--re your decision

I am not familiar with what happened between Doug and you and so I can't comment on the subject matter of your disagreement.

I am glad that you are going to continue your contributions to SI

At some point or the other, most active contributors get embroiled in some kind of controversy. If the controversy is caused by attacks on one's motives, abilities, etc--as opposed to a good faith disagreement about something or the other-- I feel that it is best to ignore it. To cease to contribute because of this, merely gives the instigator the satisfaction of having been successful in driving one away. The best approach is to deal with it like a prank call--ignore it and "hang up".

Once again, this is a generalized comment and not intended to be directed to Doug or anyone else in particular.
