marcos, We received the letter. It was not at all specific as to what the "defamatory comments" were, so it's somewhat difficult to pass judgement. Not that we would "pass judgement" ... SI is a marketplace of ideas, and we do not attempt to determine the validity or accuracy of information provided. All disclaimers aside, I hope the TSE will participate on SI to refute the statements (whatever it is they object to) rather than resort to litigation. We're certainly not going to terminate Porter Davis's account or remove/monitor the messages without a documented violation of our terms of use. Brad
