PREFSTOCK, it's always nice to see someone who puts their money where their mouth is. I bought this stock because it looks good & I expect to make money on it. My holdings & target price are not as high as yours, but I agree with you that it is a great opportunity!!
Welcome aboard!!

PREFSTOCK, looks like Stocks4Tomorrow has the same high expectations of NRPI!!
>>NATIONAL REHAB PROPERTIES (NRPI) $.60 + .05 on 56,000 shares. The stock held up well the last day and half with the big drop in the rest of the stock market. The selling has dried up and the stock filled the gap on the chart. We should be ready for another run at the highs. The Company is already lining up additional bank financing to expand the number of homes that they can rehab and resell. That additional finacing will allow the Company to enter additional markets in cities in the Southeast and Southwest. They have had requests from both governmental and civic groups in cities around the U.S. to bring there method of buying, rehab and selling "affordable homes" to their city. The plan for next 2 years is to double the sales and earnings. That would give NRPI earnings of $.10, $.20 and $.40 over the next two years. The Company has yet to complete the rehab of a home without it being presold. That gives you an idea of the demand for affordable housing. NRPI has the potential for 100% growth
for the next two years and that should give the stock a higher PE.

Using a 20 PE the stock should trade up to $2.00 this year and $4.00 the following year. We are issuing an aggressive buy recommendation looking for a breakout above the old high of $.88 and a move back through the $1.00 area. <<

PREFSTOCK, any thoughts on lack of news? Lots of back room rumors, but nothing announced yet. Have you talked to Richard since your last post here?
