GEEZUS!!!

I was just speaking with someone yesterday about TAVA and Y2K in general.

One of my comments was that I expected martial law to be imposed. The person at the other end seemed a little surprised that it might go that far.

Having once worked in a DOD operations center that dealt with, among other things, natural disasters, I can attest that the plans do exist. However, I don't believe anyone ever expected that computer problems would be the spark that had the troops deployed to the streets.

Of course, the geopolitical ramifications of global Y2K problems raise some unexpected scenarios that must be giving the think-tank strategist fits.

Regards,

Ron
