I phoned Nichimen a couple of weeks ago and from what I learned it seems that they are very much interested in striking a deal with Tri-vision. I asked Why they wanted to deal with TVL and not any other company with a similar product?

"our researchers believe that TVL has the superior product."

You are right that this means nothing until a deal is struck, however I feel that the risk is worth it. In Peter Lynch's book "Beating the Street" he suggested to the idea that one does not have to be brilliant with numbers or have a crystal ball, just use common sense and watch where the product is and where the market is. TVL clearly has a product and I believe that there is a market for it. Simple!
