Chris you can find your "final buy" list on my site using Yahoo charts in sequence. Click "Hot Stock Charts" in the side frames and view. They will be automatically updated during the market day for viewing. The graphs are one day behind however. I will leave them if there are interest or remove if better charts are available. Good morning, chris A few comments before going out for the day: Why did DH and NOBE not make the CSS scan list buys? I'd expect them to. Many stocks are at pivotal ranges, the market is very oversold ... hence the path of least resistance is up for now, even for stocks that look like classical shorts.(One of the reasons I waited to see if AOL could break 80+ before acting.) Now a single notable news announcement would determine the direction at the pivot. DELL ... one week has passed, and I don't need to use asterisks now!

chris :friday rally maybe short covering @close.re: RETAIL & scores retail index did real well on Friday. i went thru all indexes and telcomm and retail ( u r looking for non hitech) were stand out. so i went thru retail index stocks and found GPS was the best performer. Talk about falling into a Gap? also, bob brinker show this lady was neverous since she had lots of gps but did not want to reduce her position and she went on on about how her gut feel was so strong on GPS. Now that i see it's on ur list u may pursue it. i m not intrested but thought i would pass this on. in your score 5-9 9 being the max.which is better 3 or 9? i also like MER (5) but was not sure what 3 meant. i am not going to ask u to put your criteria, the fact that it's on your list is a good starting point but i saw lots of 9 so which is better? you have hd, low as 5 and sunw, wmt 9. trying to figure out which is a better buy just from your score. Ofcourse, i have to my own DD.
