Dear Mr. Williams
Although the news releases are written in English, most of us are not savvy with
Govt. procedures and your corporate policy concerning news releases.
It's my estimation, that the full circle response time,(Govt submittal to news release) is such
that ITKG may be close to submitting for phase 2 approval, as evidenced from past "positive" news releases.

Could you please clarify these important time frames?

Concerning the 5/28/98 Northrup Grumman agreement, who might the Dept.
Of Defense customers be. Is there a possibility of a retrofit for current
production?

Thank you

PS I think of my investment in ITKG as a savings account.

PSS. For SI people only; Retrofit our cell phones with CTHA for $75?

Patience. This one is a sleeper. Good time to accumulate cause when marketing begins and defense contracts come in these days will be long gone.

Best of Luck!

yeilds,

An "oversold condition" in my opinion simply means people that have held for a certain length of time sell some of their stock out of frustration. Its just my observation. Its also possible the MM's may have a big inventory. We are going to buy it back from them at a lower price and some may even be averaging down. ITKG stock is in friendly hands and its certainly not an alarm by any means if the price drops especially after recent developments.
The next time we have positive news we might see some new highs in the stock price. This is a BB stock for now and we must not loose sight of that. Isn't all this the reason why smart investors say do your own DD?
A friend of mine who is relatively new to BB stocks was concerned the other day about a stock he bought that had taken a dip. My question to him was, "what is your selling price"? Until that time nothing else matters if someone has done their DD.
