Thanks Ken... This one will be fun to watch. Treble damages -$396,000,000.... This SHOULD be fairly open and shut... is would seem to me to be very easy to prove that they copped the LYNX software... There is lots of speculation as to what MDIX will do with the proceeds of the suit (or a settlement) , but it is way too soon to think about that. Even if it takes a while, this one will NOT stay @ 3/8... I see no downside here and a huge potential.. this is my kind of stock. cheers MG
