I think you are right on the increase in the number of shares. the transaction is equavalent to 12.5 cents a share. It was agreed upon about 5 months ago when the price actually hit 12.5 cents. I think it is some kind of a compensation thing because this same fund have bought a lot of Carver shares at 4 dollars and 2 dollars range, and probably they have felt that they deserve a break. Well, I was not happy when I first heard, but I was told it is a one time thing, we will see.
