If you are still holding Oilex your stock's market value has declined but its underlying value/potential is still there. I think you forget that Oilex is a start up oil company applying a new recovery technology that until recently had not been fully perfected. The original Klaeger system and even the Tiger system were unreliable when used in the field. The new system from ORS-Titan is so reliable that there were no significant down times except regular maintenance in its first 90 days of operation. Equipment utilization rates are up at Oilex and so is production.
